Caring for your Artwork:
Correctly cared for, your giclée print can bring pleasure to you and your family or friends for generations. Below are some easy to follow care instructions:
1. Giclée prints should be cared for in the same way as an original piece of art ~
This means that dirt, dust, moisture, oils, adhesives, solvents, heat, and anything that could scratch, dent or crease the paper should all be avoided when you are handling your print.
2. Only handle the print with clean, dry hands (if you happen to own a pair of white cotton gloves then they are perfect for the job, but if not, clean hands will do) as skin oils can stain the paper.
3. Use two hands to support your print and hold it by the edges, that way it will not bend and you will avoid finger-smudges on the face of the print. Dents, creases and oily marks could be permanent.
4. Keep your new giclée print covered in the acid-free cello sleeve that it was posted in until it is framed, to avoid damage.
5. Don’t use your hands to wipe off any dust as this can also damage the surface of your giclée print. Instead, use a dry, clean, white lint-free cloth or a photographer’s lens-brush.
Shipping:
All items will be shipped using Australia Post.
Originals:
Shipping within Australia is free, International orders will incur and additional $12.95 AUD postage fee. Tracking Included.
Prints:
A flat rate of $6.95 AUD standard shipping will be applied for all print orders within Australia. All International orders will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $21.95 AUD. Tracking Included.
Greeting Cards:
Greeting Cards will be shipped free within Australia as an untracked letter. International shipping is not currently available on greeting cards due to costs. Please see our Ready to Print options.
Returns:
Once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel the order; however, if you have any problems or questions regarding your order, please submit a message here. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis, our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. For all approved returns and exchanges, the artwork must be in its original condition and must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.The original order shipping cost is non-refundable.
Original Paintings: All purchases are final.
Due to the nature of the products, digital/ready to print items can not be returned or exchanged.
Commissions:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer commissions.

Copying, reproducing, or redistribution of artwork is strictly prohibited unless written consent is granted by the artist. Images of artwork shared via social media or other print or digital publications are to include attribution to the artist.
